For QHRM Clients
Service Fee: 20% of the hired resource’s gross salary.
This exclusive discounted rate is available only for QHRM clients, reflecting our commitment to supporting your HR and recruitment needs efficiently.
For Non-QHRM Clients
The recruitment fee is based on the candidate’s gross monthly salary and is charged as follows:
204,000 MMK – 1,000,000 MMK: One (1) month gross salary
1,000,001 MMK – 2,000,000 MMK: One and a half (1.5) months gross salary
Above 2,000,001 MMK: Two (2) months gross salary
Guarantee: 3 months, with a one-time replacement included.
